10 minutes

The objective of this activity is to cultivate a positive state of mind by expressing your gratitude..

Materials

  • A notebook, a journal, a sheet of paper,
  • or a digital application
  • A pen or pencil

Instructions

Settle comfortably in a calm space.

If you wish, breathe deeply 3 times to relax and prepare yourself for writing time.

At the frequency of your choice (once a day, once a week...) note an idea, an action, an event... that made you grateful.

It can be very simple, such as: a beautiful light in the room / a pleasant moment with someone / a feeling of well-being or calm.

If writing feels difficult, you can also draw or paste an image that represents your gratitude.

Re-read your notes sometimes to remember these small positive moments.

Tip: You don't need big events to write about: gratitude is often found in the details of life. Even in challenging times, there are always little moments worth noting.Tip :/ You don't need big events to write about: gratitude is often found in the details of life.
